Ragnarok Online DS

Ragnarok Online DS is a game based on the MMORPG Ragnarok Online, that was released in Japan on December 18, 2008. It was announced that publisher XSEED Games has teamed up with developer GungHo Works to bring the game to North America, Winter 2009.GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc., the company that hosts the Japanese server of Ragnarok Online, announced it will expand its business for video game consoles, and Ragnarok is the second of 3 games for Nintendo DS to be released by them, along with Aqua Zone DS and Flower Arrangement DS.

There will be a storyline throughout the game, in which you take the role of Ales, a novice, and choose how he will develop as the game progresses. Throughout the game, you will be accompanied by Sierra, a shaman class, who will help you out during battles. Later in the game, you will have certain characters join your party for a time, such as:

• Lucifi: A Swordsman class
• Lisir: A Mage class
• Viselc: A Thief class (Bottom left)

Ales will be able to change into any of the 1st class job characters as in Ragnarok Online and will be able to obtain 2nd class job at job level 40-50.

The massively multiplayer features of the original will not be present in this version, but will support up to three players simultaneously in a variety of multi-player dungeons.

Two new possibly exclusive classes are released alongside with this game: Dark Knight (which may be related to the unreleased Death Knight class) and Shaman.
